Sixt carried out the transfers and shuttles for all guests, as well as booking hotels, leisure activities, and restaurants, in close consultation with the customer.
Guests were flying from 6 different airports in Germany. Each attendee was picked up from their home or another specified address, before being driven to the airport. The customer provided the flight details and pickup addresses in advance, and so Sixt could determine the required pickup time and inform the passengers accordingly.

After arriving in Mallorca, the guests were picked up from the airport and driven to their hotels. For guests with different arrival times, we used Business Limousines for the transfers, and those arriving at the same time, we grouped together in Business Vans. The hotel offered a colonial atmosphere, with a gym and spa, and outdoor facilities with tennis courts and a pool. Everyone had the chance to relax until dinner on the hotel terrace.

On the second day, the guests enjoyed an all-day activity programme – water sports and a beach barbeque were on the agenda. For the rides to the organised activities, shuttles were provided at the appropriate times. In the course of the afternoon the guests had the chance to explore what the hotel had to offer for themselves. In the evening a gala dinner was held in a restaurant with Spanish specialties. A shuttle bus was waiting for them at 7pm in front of the hotel.

During the gala, the best sales staff were honoured. After the gala, the transfer back to the hotel took place at 10pm, where the hotel bar was available for guests from 11pm. The evening ended with an informal get-together.

On the fourth day, after breakfast at the hotel, the guests began their return journey – a transfer to the airport in front of the hotel was waiting at the agreed time. Every attendee could also look forward to an individual airport pickup at their home airport for a relaxing journey home.
