The varied arrival and departure times of the guests meant that the rides required precise coordination and monitoring. In a lead time of just two weeks a sophisticated concept was designed which took all of the customer’s needs into consideration.
Guests were picked up in the airport arrivals hall. Refreshments and a welcome package – put together by Sixt according to the customer’s wishes – were waiting for each passenger in their vehicle. Guests were then taken to one of the three hotels booked by the organiser. At 1pm, the guests were picked up from their respective hotel and driven to the event venue for a 2pm meeting. After the end of the event at 6pm, a shuttle was waiting to provide the return journey back to the hotel. The following morning, shuttles were again available, at various times, for the return trip to the airport.
